Sees South Carolina and internationally based clients
I work extensively with clients who experience symptoms of anxiety and/or depression that have been triggered or exacerbated by professional stress and burnout, life transitions, grief and loss, cross-cultural adjustments, relational challenges, family stress, among others.
I believe in the power of a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship, and make it a priority to provide an authentic and caring space for my clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. Having lived in 4 countries and worked internationally in several industries prior to becoming a trained mental health professional, I understand in an intimate way the unique emotional and mental challenges of the cross-cultural settings, and am especially passionate about providing support to expatriates, immigrants, traveling professionals, and those who have a hard time finding their fit.
I grew up in the city state of Singapore and currently reside in Greenville, SC with my husband.
