Addie Nickel

Addie Nickel has experience in counseling those facing life transitions, emotional distress, familial or relationship issues. After growing up just outside of Cleveland, Ohio, Addie studied developmental psychology at Miami University of Ohio. Upon graduating, she served in international campus ministry for two years in the Eastern European country of Montenegro. Her time overseas led her to desire more training in how to support those facing difficult life circumstances. That and her concern for emotional health brought her to the counseling program at Covenant Theological Seminary. While in seminary, Addie continued working with university students in mentoring, leading small groups, and helping to develop student leaders. Addie remains interested in counseling those facing the burnout common in helping professions.
