Alex Schwaninger

Alex Schwaninger counsels by helping clients examine their past to recognize and reshape their core motivations in the present. Alex often works with those facing diagnosable disorders, addiction, compulsive behavior, narcissism and relationship difficulties. After studying counseling as an undergraduate at Moody Bible Institute, Alex was called to pursue further study in this field. Obtaining a Master’s degree from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, Alex began counseling individuals full-time. Alex loves helping his clients move through obstacles to get back on track to the life they want. His approach is rooted in a conviction that productive relationships are necessary for challenging the power of the past and achieving change for the future. Alex has served as a Ruling Elder in his church for the past seven years.
