Emma Griffin
LPC, MA Counseling
Emma Griffin is acutely aware that relationships are often our deepest sources of pain and confusion. It is also her firm conviction that only in relationship (with self, God, and others), do we actually experience healing and growth. She is passionate about creating a warm and inviting space for her clients to feel safe to explore their stories of both dignity and pain.
Using a collaborative and integrative approach, Emma works with adult women who are in the midst of life transitions, exploring family of origin/attachment, and those who struggle with shame/perfectionism. Other specific interests include broken relationships and loss, spirituality, motherhood and identity, and the impact/dynamics of anxiety and depression.
Emma is a native Texan who lives in St. Louis with her husband, three young children, and rambunctious dog. She is a self-proclaimed work in progress, who is humbled and inspired by the privilege of walking alongside her clients in such vulnerable moments.
