Katie Armbrecht
LPC, MA of Counseling
Katie Ambrecht believes helping clients lean into their pain, rather than resisting and numbing, is where true healing can begin. She has experience counseling those facing a myriad of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress management, attachment struggles, and relationship conflict. Katie has seen the power of story to be transformative for clients as they seek to understand and empathize with their brokenness. She believes when we finally allow another person to see all of the walls we have built up, then we can finally work on the process of breaking down those walls to let healing, love, and relationship into our lives. Katie desires to provide a comfortable and safe atmosphere for clients to come and vulnerably engage as they take steps to heal and transform their personal story. She currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
