Kim draws on nearly 25 years of combined experience in education, social work, counseling, parenting, and ministry as a pastor’s wife. These experiences have given her a passion for serving those in ministry or leadership professions, whether facing burnout, isolation, conflict, or struggling to understand themselves within their role. Other areas of interest include conflict resolution and peacemaking, life transitions, family and relational issues, trauma, and depression. Born and raised in Colorado, Kim enjoys hikes and the outdoors, and especially loves traveling to new places. She is also about to celebrate 25 years of marriage to her husband and high school sweetheart. They have 2 adult daughters and one teenage daughter.
