LPC, MS in Psychology
Everyone needs a place where they can show up, be seen and known, and process life —both the glories and horrors of it and all the in-between. It is my hope that counseling would be a life-giving and safe place for you.
I provide individual counseling for adults processing struggles related to identity, self-compassion, food/body image, spiritual upheaval/deconstruction/reconstruction, sexuality/LGBTQ+, relational harm, narcissistic abuse, separation/divorce, grief, singleness, boundaries, family relationships, and life transitions. I care deeply for those navigating spiritual upheaval and loss of belonging. I am particularly interested in relationship to self and passionate about supporting clients as they grow in self-compassion, identifying values, and boundaries. I have been in the field of mental health since 2010 and utilize an integrative counseling approach to provide individualized care, while drawing upon a foundation of Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic/body based approaches, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
