Nancy Spigelmyre
LMFT
Nancy Shengmei Spigelmyre is a marriage and family therapist who brings compassion, authenticity, and cross-cultural life experience into the counseling relationship. Born and raised in East Asia, Nancy grew up in a culture with a negative stigma towards mental health before eventually discovering healing and growth through therapy for herself. Today, Nancy is passionate about working with individuals and couples experiencing relationship distress and parenting issues. Being in a cross-cultural marriage for 13 years has given her a greater understanding and empathy for clients in similar situations. She also specializes in working with individuals dealing with mood disorders, attachment issues, identity struggles, and trauma. Nancy has moved multiple times between Asia and North America and still calls several different cities home but considers raising three energetic boys to be her biggest adventure so far!
