Sandra Schulte became a counselor to help people seeking to understand themselves and find strength for life. She is experienced in working with individuals and groups who are facing difficult life transitions. Sandra is from Brazil, where she worked as a medical doctor for over 20 years. Her medical training and experience contribute to her holistic understanding of people’s emotional and psychological conditions. In therapy, she integrates from a number of counseling styles to best support the client on a relational level. Sandra is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
