Sarah Wright is a writer, speaker, counselor, and psychoeducator who loves sharing God’s goodness, mercy, and hope with others. For two decades, Sarah has ministered or counseled adolescents and adults through various issues, including eating disorders and body dysphoria, adjustment disorder, loss and grief, spiritual/faith questioning or doubting, perfectionism, self-harm, depression and anxiety, abuse, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, sexual abuse, relationships, and family dynamics. Sarah considers it an honor to be entrusted with people’s stories and participate in their healing. She has a burden for women in ministry, as she has experienced the blessings and the challenges of vocational ministry as an unmarried woman and as a pastor’s wife. Sarah comes from a wonderful, colorful Italian family, loves good food, conversing with friends, and will never pass up the opportunity to laugh at a good meme.
